The well-being of our students is our top priority at SDIT. Our thoughtfully developed 4-step redressal process enables us to promptly and successfully handle student complaints.
Students can file complaints with the student welfare officer to solve concerning non-academic matters, such as any incidents of ragging or issues, scholarships, and cultural and sporting events.
It is mandatory for students to complete the Student Grievance Form and send it to the Director of Student Affairs either by handwritten letter or email. The department’s Proctor must also receive a copy of the complaint.
In their complaint, students must make sure to provide all of their credentials (name, course, year, etc.).
The Directorate of Student Affairs will document and confirm the complaint upon receipt.
Following the complaint’s verification, the Department investigates the matter and takes the required action to fix the problem
The student is informed of the resolution and the complaint once it has been addressed.
